Founded in October 2017 in the home of Pansy Harper, Fragile Scents has become her brand and her life. Using 100% Soy wax and quality fragrances approved for candle making. Pansy will do her best to put her all into every candle she creates just for you; the customer. With faith and spiritual guidance Pansy has made a dream her reality.
